Open to everyone 24/7, except during training for risk groups.
Risk groups’ own training times are on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:00 to 18:00 (9 am – 6 pm).
Staff can be reached by phone on weekdays from 10:00 until 15:00 (10 am – 3 pm).
Transportation Access
Tram
The Ruskeasuo stop can be reached from downtown Helsinki by tram number 10. The distance to Nordic Health from the stop is about 450 meters.
Bus
We can be reached by several bus lines. The nearest bus stops are Ruskeasuo and Ruskeasuon varikko on Mannerheimintie and Kivihaka on Hakamäentie.
Car
Arrival from Mannerheiminte (northbound), the turn towards Nauvontie occurs near Teboil via Koroistentie. Arrival from Hämeenlinnväylä (southbound), turn onto Hakamäentie towards Pasila and then immediately after the first intersection turn right onto Nauvontie.
Parking
Below our center there is a parking garage, which can be reached from Nauvontie. The doors are open on weekdays from 8-16 (8 am to 4 pm). After office hours, the doors only open with a pass. Parking in the hall costs 2€/hour. There is a payment machine on the K1 floor of the parking garage, with which parking is paid for before leaving.
You can park on Nauvontie for 2 hours, free of charge from 8-17 (8 am to 5 pm). Remember the parking disc. At other times, parking is unrestricted.
