Healthy body, better quality of life

Musculoskeletal disorders are the biggest cause of disability. Despite the billions spent, the problem is only getting worse. The latest medical guidelines strongly recommend exercise therapy as the first-line treatment for musculoskeletal disorders.

Nordic Health provides a holistic approach to your musculoskeletal problem. Our full solution covers spine and all the main hip, knee and shoulder joints. We acknowledge that dysfunction of one joint also affects other parts of the body. For example, a problem in the hip joint often adversely affects the lower back and knee joint. Therefore, our individualised treatment programs not only tackle the core problem, but also treat the connected areas as well. Our passionate medical personnel and revolutionary technology are changing traditional musculoskeletal healthcare. Uncompromised biomechanics combined with intelligent devices produce predictable and documented outcomes with high patient satisfaction. Whether you are suffering from a shoulder impingement or herniated disc, our approach will cure you holistically with the main goal of improving your daily life through an optimally functioning body.

Physiotherapy

Are you looking for help with back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, hip pain or neck pain? Do you urgently need effective rehabilitation after surgery?

If your pain continues and increases, it is important to find out the cause as quickly as possible so that you can keep yourself moving. Immobility weakens muscles and joints, causing a decrease in function in only a short period of time.

Current treatment recommendations suggest structured exercise therapy as the first line of treatment for musculoskeletal problems. This means rehabilitation through active movement. ¹ Movement can be the best medicine to treat musculoskeletal problems but like with any medicine too much can be harmful while too little has no effect. In training, this means control of certain variables, such as the loading and movement. The recovery process begins as the body’s metabolism and muscle support increases and the experienced pain decreases.

At the Nordic Health Center, each exercise is done safely and effectively. Previous training experience is not required. Easy, simple adjustments and automation of the rehabilitation devices make it easy for the patient to understand and use.
